Las Vegas Grand Prix

TESS take their safety expertise stateside for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

In 2023 TESS were engaged by LVGP to support their highly anticipated inaugural Grand Prix. TESS were on board throughout the planning phase, supporting and advising the client on all aspects of the event’s safety and emergency management, including site layout, operational planning and crowd management.

Contemplating a  street race down the Las Vegas strip, the heart of the entertainment capital of the world, was a bold and visionary idea which understandably created many unique challenges. The TESS approach of “yes we can, we just need to figure out how” was well received by the client and the city. Our onsite team provided calm, balanced advice throughout the live show phase, supporting the event operation team both on the ground and in Event Control.

Contributing to the successful delivery of such a complex and high-profile event is something TESS remain immensely proud of. While LVGP safety is now being managed by our US company, Creative Safety, it continues to be one of the most prominent events on the TESS family roster.
