Justin began his career in the UK’s underground music and art scene over 20 years ago, with a colourful path eventually leading him to becoming a Senior Event Safety Advisor for TESS. He now works on some of the world’s biggest festivals and tours, getting involved in an eclectic range of events across the world. He has also contributed to national guidance documents including The Field Guide to Crowds by the GCMA.

As a leading figure in TESS’ ever-growing presence in the USA, he has also been the Project Manager for the company’s involvement in the 2023 Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix as well as events for Apple across the country.

Justin specialises in projects involving artists who present unique challenges, ranging from structural complexity to flash mob style surprise gigs and the crowd management challenges associated with such activities. It’s safe to say, if it’s weird, you’ll find him there.
