Holding a Master of Arts in Emergency Management, Doug's educational foundation is as robust as his professional journey. His array of certifications, including the NCS4 Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP) and BCSP Certified Safety Professional (CSP), alongside numerous FEMA certificates and other licenses, demonstrate his dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards and keeping abreast of the latest industry practices.

Doug’s experience encompasses designing experiential activations, touring, global events, music festivals, production management and video production. Doug has not only excelled in operational roles but has also been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive safety management and emergency plans.

Based in Austin, Texas, Doug has been actively involved in helping to grow the company in the USA, with TESS events across the United States having included high profile live music events with A-list talent, arena-level tours, marketing activations at globally recognized festivals, and delivering innovative motorsports events. He has also worked with TESS on a global range of projects, including events in China, South Korea, UK and Saudi Arabia. His expertise in managing high-stakes events for notable clients has cemented his reputation as a reliable leader in the field.
