Craig’s early events career in Australia saw him working in a variety of roles, from electrician, scaffolder, rigger and lighting, to production manager and event producer. This gave him a broad range of skills and experience, which has led to his current passion for safety, security and risk management.   

The skills and knowledge he has gained over the past 20 years have allowed him to engage in some amazing projects which have taken him on a global journey across The Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, Korea, Europe, and the Pacific.  

Craig joined the TESS team in 2018, and since then has had the opportunity to be involved in some spectacular projects, including the Asian Games in Doha and Jakarta, World Expo, Beijing Olympics, Riot Games throughout Europe, Sydney Mardi Gras and Vivid in Australia.  His years of experience have taught him that the key to a successful project is the ability to manage people and their expectations, while intuitively encouraging collaboration and knowing its value. Among other things, he is also very passionate about diversity, cultural awareness, and inclusiveness.
