Adam Blaxter
Adam joined TESS while completing an Events Management Degree in 2014 and has stayed with the company ever since, rising from an intern to a Senior Event Safety Advisor. In that time, Adam has worked across many different areas of event safety management, including the operations department, event control management and event safety. Adam has a dedicated passion for all aspects of events, from the meticulous planning phase through to the detailed finishing touches that continue to wow audiences.
Over the last 10 years Adam has taken high level roles in several large events, including acting as the Deputy Safety Coordinator at Glastonbury Festival and Safety Coordinator for various mass participation events on behalf of London Marathon Events Ltd for several years. He has also led the charge in Saudi Arabia on some big firsts for the Kingdom, notably leading the Site & Safety team for TESS on the first eVillage concerts in Diriyah and Dakar Closing ceremony at Qiddiya.
More recently Adam was the lead Safety Lead and Project Manager for TESS’ work on the inaugural Formula One Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in 2021 and again in 2023. Within this role over the 10-month project he led core safety workstreams including Construction Safety Oversight, Crowd Management, Public Safety and the Joint Operations Control Room build and operation.
