The Game Fair

This quintessentially British event is one of the largest of its kind in the country, celebrating the British countryside and its heritage.

TESS have been working with the Site Management team from Richmond Event Management on this Stable Events classic since 2022, supporting the planning phases, producing safety documentation and being on the ground as Operational Bronze throughout the live show.

Over the past few years, TESS have adapted to various changes, including the temporary relocation from Ragley Hall to Blenheim Palace in 2024. With 120,000 attendees over 3 days, and space for over 1,000 campers and glampers, this was no small feat, but successfully managed by the production team who were supported by our Safety Advisers throughout.

This is an event which certainly keeps us on our toes, from overseeing the safe set up of over 800 exhibitors, demonstrations including clay pigeon shooting, open water concerns for the public and hungry ducks chasing after any lunch they can get!
